From my therapy room in Denmead, Waterlooville, my role as a hypnotherapist is to help individuals create lasting, positive change in their lives through hypnotherapy.
With each new client I’m still constantly surprised at the power of hypnosis and it’s ability to heal, uplift, build confidence and improve performance, whilst creating a calm state of mind and feelings of well being.

An interest in the wonders of the mind led me to gain a degree in Psychology and initially sparked my interest in hypnosis. Following a corporate career as a training and development professional I realised it was time to make a change and go with my heart, so I studied hypnotherapy, a passion that had been waiting on the sidelines for the right time and opportunity. While studying I experienced its benefits first hand, with two sessions I was cured of neck and shoulder tension that had plagued me for fifteen years.

Now I am delighted to be able to devote my time to helping people make real changes in their lives too through hypnotherapy. As a believer in continuous development and learning, I’m the Secretary of the Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy and co-developer of it’s therapist training program.
